1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Sehacall platform ("Platform") — including sehacall.com and any associated applications — you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Nature of the Platform

Sehacall is an online marketplace and social networking platform connecting healthcare professionals, clinics, medical service providers, and patients in Saudi Arabia. We are not a licensed healthcare provider. Any health information shared on the Platform is for informational and marketing purposes only.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to register.
• Healthcare professionals must hold valid licenses from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
• All information you provide must be accurate and complete.

4. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Permitted & Prohibited Content

You may post service listings, clinic information, promotional ads, and health-related content. You must NOT post:

• Misleading, fraudulent, or unverified medical claims
• Unlicensed medical advice or diagnosis
• Content that violates Saudi law, including immoral or defamatory content
• Spam, duplicate listings, or undisclosed paid content
• Personal health data of third parties without consent

6. Advertising & Payments

Promoted listings and social media ad distribution may require payment. All fees are shown clearly before purchase. Payments are processed via HyperPay. Refund requests are handled at Sehacall's discretion unless otherwise required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, logos, and software are owned by Sehacall or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you upload but grant Sehacall a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute your content on the Platform and associated social media channels.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is". Sehacall does not guarantee the accuracy of user-posted content and shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes shall be resolved before competent Saudi courts in Riyadh.
