Unlocking the Track
Before you even touch the controller, you’ve got to clear the path around the Zarya Cosmodrome. That means almost every single door needs to be open—except for Yuri’s Lab, which can stay sealed. The shutters at the bottom of the stairs near the jump pad and Exfil phone booth? Those have to be lifted to reach Support Systems. You’ll also need access to the Flame Trench underneath the rocket, either by buying the gate on the top level or the connecting door from Support Systems. Where to Find the Controller
The ARC-XD controller can show up in three different spots, but figuring out which one doesn’t take long if you know where to look. The first place to check is the Crashed Plane area. Grounded Ship Challenge
The third spot’s a bit of a climb. Make your way to the Grounded Ship between Varndorn Farm and Ashwood. Once you’re on the deck, park Tessie—your mount—right next to a window on the south side. You’ll have to climb on top of her to see up toward the roof. Look closely at the corner; the controller’s sitting there, almost hidden but definitely reachable. It’s tricky, but doable once you get the hang of it.
Starting the Race
After you find the controller, hit the interact button to begin. If you’re playing solo, the race kicks off instantly. In a squad, everyone’s got to vote to start, so make sure the team’s on the same page. Once the countdown ends, speed’s everything—drive that ARC-XD through the Cosmodrome course, dodge zombies, and aim for the best lap time possible.
