  In Paradox Junction, you'll spot these weird, glowing cysts plastered on the future-side walls of Nuketown. People call them Loot Cysts, and yeah, they look nasty, but they're worth your time once rounds start creeping up.   Getting them to even spawn

  Feeding a Loot Cyst the right way

  Shooting the cyst doesn't do it. It's soul-fed, so the kills have to happen right on top of it. The cleanest method is simple: build a small train, about 10 to 15 zombies, and walk them to the cyst instead of panicking and spraying from across the street. When you're doing it correctly, you'll see those blue soul streaks snap into the sac. No streaks, no progress. Shotguns are great here, and anything that hits hard up close works too. Keep your feet moving, take two or three kills, then reset your spacing so you don't get body-blocked by a random sprinter.

  Loot, barrel parts, and safer team play

  Once it's fed enough, the cyst bursts and dumps loot on the ground. Most pops are basic stuff—ammo, tacticals, the occasional lifesaver drop—but the real chase is Perk-a-Cola and the Blundergat barrel part. It's RNG, so don't tilt if the first one's junk. Rotate to the next cyst. The southern area usually feels the most manageable because you've got room to kite, unlike the tight little corners that turn into a trap fast. In co-op, run it like this: one player holds the loop and "babysits" the horde while the others pick zombies off right beside the cyst. And once you've built the Blundergat, feeding becomes way quicker—just don't get so focused on the pop that you ignore spawns behind you.

  Keeping your run stable long-term

  The future timeline is cramped, noisy, and full of angles that hide a bad hit. So treat Loot Cysts like mini-objectives, not freebies: pick a cyst with an exit, clear the lane, then feed it in short bursts instead of trying to finish it all in one sweaty standstill.
